After working in various educational and childcare positions such as a camp counsellor, dance teacher, tutor in the classroom and arts/crafts program instructor I quickly realized that my passion was working with children and helping them learn. I love being creative and am very passionate about the arts. I have been a member of various competitive and non-competitive dance teams as well as being a cast member in a number of community musical theatre productions. I hope to learn what students are passionate about and help to spark their love of life long learning.

 

I have always had such positive memories of my own school community and I want to make sure that each student has the opportunity to feel the same way.  I have a strong love of learning and enriching student’s lives through education. I am looking forward to further developing my teaching skills through my education with The University of Ottawa and being able to practice them in the classroom and share my experiences with you on my digital hub.
